The Importance of Ethnicity
No matter where you are from, your ethnicity flavors what you do. I refuse to have any other culture except kingdom culture in our church. My target audience when I was a lead pastor was a 30 year old biracial girl looking to grow in her faith and desire connection. That's who I talk to every weekend. The only culture here is kingdoms. And we relentlessly protected that.
