How to Cancel a Subscription
It should be as easy to cancel the subscription as it is to sign up, says John. The worst example of this is companies that make you actually ring in or email for a cancellation. I think that's the absolute worst and Amazon have made their system much better. But there are still plenty of firms out there who don't take customers' views into account.
