How to Paint Wood

In terms of top coat you can have like different levels of shininess, or what's called sheen. matte paint is usually harder to wash for some reason, and it can reveal marks and scuffs. eggshell or satin paint has a higher level of sheen than matte, which means it's easier to clean with a cloth. gloss paint is highly reflective, you can almost see your reflection in it sometimes. I'm only a beginner so please don't judge me too harshly!
