People who use these light to moderate actually were a little bit more health conscious. They reported less smoking, less drinking, more active lifestyles compared to groups who just had the non artificial sweetener use. Maybe it has to do with other things that can have an impact on your health, not just your sweetener. There's a little bit of a difference there, but again, it's inward choice.
