It just turned into these different types of activities. These things were more, i was thinking about things that i could do for the long term. What thing could you do instead that wouldn't have a lot of those with it? For me, tha cattlebels was ther beause there's no comparisons with the catlebells to my old self,. cause i have no idea of what is good and what isn't.
