Are Human Resources Resilient?
Human resources has to be part of this ecosystem in order to hire those type of people that are sharers and not owners. HR or the organization as in the culture for last century or more than 150 century, there's always this performance analysis of an individual - what they call bell cow. If organization needs to be resilient, then we need to collaborate more and work together. That's how I see the leadership.
