I do think busyness and maybe laziness factors in. I do think people genuinely feel like, gosh, I don't want to be mean. And this is something you've always said is like, cowards are not kind, like not telling somebody the truth. That's mean. That's what we should start saying. Oh, you feel that way about them and you didn't tell them you're mean. Right. Exactly. The middle part is what where we need more people to kindly and calmly and directly have the courage to tell the truth. To say what's on their mind and to prompt conversations that need to happen.
