How to File a Note in a Journey Decimal System

An MOC is just a list of links related notes, similar to the backlinks panel in obsidian. A note isn't an end product and can change drastically over time. The journey decimal system doesn't quite work because if it is filed in one section and then you change the notes, you now need to change where it lives. John says he disagrees with Nick Milo's approach but has different use cases for notes.
