The prisoner in his palace, like the weird thing is that when he gets tried and executed on December 30th, 2006, these poor kids who have been guarding him for months have to escort him to the gallows. And they like him. There's like tears in their eyes as they lead him off to die. And years later, a bunch of them have PTSD because of what they did with Saddam. They're all like he was a month like none of them don't believe he was a monster but they were also like anyone who becomes a dictator, you're good at being charming. So it makes sense.
