The Shock Wave, Isn't It?
Light travels very fast a, so if you can see something, you will see it before it kills you. They would have seen it explode, but it probably exploded before it hit the ground. So we often talk about k these big shock waves as if they are a wind. And yes, even the pressure of the shock wave can kill you easily. S it's also the stuff that is carried along in the shock wave. Theres probly would ave been like a ten point one magnitude earthquake. That's like bigger than anything that we've experienced in human time scales. With each level, i just feel worse and worse.
