Back in the 50s amazing amazing organizational psychologist called wheel shoots who then went on and and constructed fire be which is a relational model it's not a typology. You know Bellbin I think there's a Swiss one that said are you a chairperson or an integrator? And he looked at all the research at the community took all this typology to come up with his answer.
