The safe zone is anything from 4 and below. The red zone is anything 5 and above. If you want to be in a healthy flow state, keep yourself below or 4 below. We recommend doing some self-hypnosis at breakfast, lunch, and dinner because the likelihood that you'll go into the red zone is much less if you're doing a round of this 3 times a day.
