I think we do have to work to make sure that when we're not in the stressful situation, we have times where we can turn off and unplug. I've decided very explicitly that that's not my goal. People bring a lot of preconceived notions into what people can and can't do. And you have to work hard as an individual to not always take those as an indictment of what you're capable of.
