How Did Everyone Switch Over to Python?

How did everyone switch over to python? I'm very intrigued by that, because often i find that people that don't have a programming background, or a computer science background, they feel very comfortable and sequel. What were the resources that you provided them, or what was the motivation for them to switch to python? Ye givt be honest, i didn't provide them any sources. So we're not looking for that e t l tool skill any more. We're looking for folks that had, you know, i knew that way back in ig two thousand 17 as when i hired the first person that knew c sharp.
