The Impact of Internships on Performance

When we were in college, internships felt like they were going to elevate you to the next level of life. So because of that, there was a certain level of performance expectation for myself. At my current company, when I interned here, it was, again, we had a project. And at the end of the internship, it was being evaluated. That determined if you were going to get a full-time offer and this was between like junior and senior year.
