The Importance of Boycotting

I think that the next generation of activism is going to have to include a strong element of the ability of everyday citizens to band together and confront corporate power. The boycott is one of the primary tools that enables that type of action. I've become very engaged in how boycotting is done and for what purpose and how it's perceived, especially in this moment. And so I think it's very, very important right now how we are thinking about boycotting and how we are presenting it to the world.
