Healing From Sexual Abuse
i almost don't have one woman friend who hasn't experienced sexual abuse of one kind or another. Life decides when it's time to up level and learn the next lesson, and usually involves some degree of suffering. The healing started with immediately following the police arriving and going to the hospital. I happened to be fortunate enough to be raped in a prisp uniten a higher socio-economic community. And so just feeling betraial on top of drama, on top of this physical assault, it just compounded everything. i went into basically like hiding in my house....
