How to Avoid Using the Word Wrong
One word that I wouldn't recommend using is wrong. It comes across as being very direct and very blamie. So avoid using the word wrong when you're trying to communicate mistakes. If we're talking about somebody's viewpoint or the way that they want to do things, you want to be really careful with that because your opinion isn't correct. And it just is a little bit more receptive or it probably comes across in a better way than if you say, John sorry for doing something wrong.
