How to Manage Bone Stress in Endurance Sports

The thing that loads bone the most is not hitting the ground, it's the muscle contractions. So you wanna look at power activity, supply metrics, jumping and those sorts of things. You don't need to do a lot, like we said, a hundred back-to-back cycles. If you're doing jumping, you're not gonna get up to a hundred cycles unless you're doing skip rope or something like that. But yeah, doing some counter movement jumps, multi-directional sorts of things,. playing a little bit of basketball in the driveway or kicking the ball around the kids, soccer ball and things like that.
