When I don't feel good, there's typically some narrative going on that I have the ability to change. The protector is really good at taking a little problem and turning it into a mountain. And so being able to just recognize that that aspect of you behaves that way automatically begins to calm it down. That was enough for me to begin to let it go about how we should move forward. It can be used in many different ways but its universality is very simple: sorry for offending you.
