Allan, if i could now ask this to you, ind maybe just a little bit different way too. In your opinion, how coaches and staffs can have a healthy power dynamic. How do you marry that with someone's got to be in charge in the locker room? The team looks to the eyes of the head coach to lead them. And it all kinds of fits together. But i think it's so what approached like, i'll build om what simon said. If we take the concept, the principle, and apply to that team, the coaching team then we probably find the answer to what wo're asking.
