What's the Taste of the Judges?

There's three main national awards in australia, the ourealis awards, the australian shallows awards and the dipmar awards. I've been a fine list for novel and for long fiction, which tends to be nevella lenk stuff,. And for short fiction and for collection and son. But i haven't got one for a novel yet, whichiss kind of bug to me. Even though i've had several that have been short listed.
