The Problem With Chatbots
Mike Downey: We've all learned how to ask good questions on Google. And it's probably influenced how we talk to each other. So how is this different? How is being algorithmically legible or tractable? He says the interactivity of the chatbot in this particular case, and we've obviously kind of limited our conversation pretty narrowly on the chatbot as an instance of AI. "It seems to me something that we should, you know, think about and consider," he says.
