The Syrian Regime Is Capitalizing on This Moment of Crisis to Bring Aid to Damascus
Fareed Zakaria: The Syrian regime has manipulated aid, especially UN aid. He says the goodwill support that's flown into Damascus by many countries is ending up on the black market in regime-held areas. "I'm afraid the regime is capitalizing on this moment of crisis to fulfill its objective," he says.
