The Last Meeting of Shareholders

First order of business will be a reading of the minutes to the last meeting of shareholders. Mr. Walter Scott, Jr. will place the motion before the meeting. If any shareholder is present who wishes to withdraw a proxy previously sent in and vote in person on the two items he or she may do so. For those persons desiring ballots, please identify themselves so we may distribute them.
