The Mothman Series of Events

Long-fingered men and black encounters. John Keel described that these strange men and black descended upon the town of Point Pleasant. He even describes one snippet where a doctor and his wife, again, pretty reliable observer, was driving along a country road in a snowstorm when they saw a huge caped figure of a man struggling through the snow. There's been recent footage of supposed men and black that are visiting people who say they've seen a UFO.
