The Importance of Reading Less

I've been reading more on my phone for better or worse usually long long. I never have gotten into Kindles no King Chaming they're fine I don't do those so you know I guess reading for me is like a kindle looks like a bigger phone to me or something so I just can'tYeah so I'm reading less my partner comes home with loads of she's always reading she's reading newer stuff, decolonized and one of a better term POC and current things  so I am trying to get back on the on the train so yeah I'mReading less but I don't think it's entirely because of anxiety it's sort of either a funk or technology
