The Effects of Alcoholism

i've never had a drink or a drug in my whole entire life because i went the opposite direction and tried to control every single thing around me. I just figured if i never drank or did a drug um i would not be affected by alcoholism of course i didn't have those words at the age of six or seven when i made this decision. Here i am on a podcast talking about alanon and the effects of alcoholism so the way it usually works what about your parents do they stay together they did not when i was seven years old.
