The Symptoms of CML
CML can be diagnosed on patients when they are having their routine labs with their primary care once a year. CML does have leukocytosis and a hypersolular bone marrow, but patients won't feel that. The CSF3R mutation is detected in some of the atypical CML cases and also closely linked with chronic neutrophilic leukemia.
