How to Use Interleaving Effectively
Some research has shown that some amount of blocking initially can be good for initial learning to really get that base familiarity. The real advice I would give is you really ought to start interleaving way before you think you should. That's a fantastic segue actually to the other big thing I wanted to ask you about today, which is what you've called in the past learning to struggle or what other people call building in some desirable difficulty into your learning.
