Ani feels very evident when you're reacting to something that you realize isn't even happening right now, but you conseal the sort of chemical reaction. So i guess my question is, in regard to these five steps, clearly meditation itself creates the stability from which everything can can come. But are there practical ways to move through s maladaptive, searful responses? Well, first of all, to give them an accurate name, like you've just done. I'm finding myself engaging in something which i want to let go of. The next step is this, let it go. And we can only let go of a thing which we've identified by being able to describe it
