How Do You Manage Your Visual Effects Department on Set?

The props department is responsible for anything that would be touched in a movie. This includes rings, watches, cell phones, computers and even fictitious weapons like captain america shield or thor's hammer. We do reference passes and lighting reference passes with the visual effects department. Every single day, all day long, i'm with a team of what they call data wranglers for visual effects.
