The Path to Hell Is Paid With Good Intentions

I think my view of it is, as I mentioned, malicious malintent and the banality of evil. Regardless of your position, whether you're federal law enforcement or a federal prosecutor, you can advance. Everyone has an incentive to advance their careers at the expense of somebody else. That creates an even bigger conspiracy within the government that is orchestrating a lot of the things we see in society right now. The path to hell is paid with good intentions.
