The Financial Crisis

In the two thousand eight you saw this coming. But not only did you see it coming, wit was really interesting to me at the time. I remember going to one sort of small ference with some of the biggest pension funds in the world. And they were comparing us with the tripole company. So how could our cost of capital be lower tan a tripole? i'd a pretty good sense that something bad was going to happen. And i didn't know what, but i knew something, and it wasn't that far away.
