How to Be a Successful Salesperson

I was playing college football in Brooklyn, New York, and I had to move back to Texas because finances was an issue. When I got into sales, right? And I was motivated; I was working at 10 o'clock at night. But for some reason, I just kind of get to that elite level on the sell side until something happened. What happened was this: It was a good well-ran sell side kind of, but it was a disaster of an operation side.
