Sleep Hacking and Circadian Aspects

When you eat is more impactful than when you sleep, for what time of day your brain thinks it is. So controlling the times of food is a big deal for me. Get up early and get some low intensity exercise in first thing in the morning. Do some sun salutations, do a walk, something before you eat. If you have hiransan, you'll kind of just have this counter regulatory cortisal spike. It'll suppress growth hormon.
