Why Fin Closes?
Fin was a digital pure play launched by Chase in the U.S., but it didn't do well. Why? It's probably organizationally related, not related to digital adoption. The organizational chart and KPIs are geared towards selling products in the branch. And that is a constraint because you've got to change the organizational culture. You'vegot to change the KPIs, the org chart, all of that to be at a successfully due digital bank.
