Task one: Make marmites. You have ten minutes to select your ingredients, then ten minutes and make your marmite. Lu would reduce ginnis on the hob for as long as ibly could to try and make a guinis syrup. But i really think if you reduced ginis, you could really get a sort of deep marmite flavor. And would you be a bit of a laugh while you were doing this, or would absolutely nowtn, i'd be so focused? Ginis salt is is the way i do it.
