Getting Better Golf Practice Through Reflection

A block has a lower retention rate than random and the studies from past, however, Ed is looking at, is that true in golf when we add an element of reflection. This reminds me of the PAR, P-A-R, concept and paper from Dr Tim Lee, Dr Mark Guadagnoli. In PAR stands for Plan Act Review. It's a mindset shift in an approach to practice. We need to go through that entire process whether we are in performance or we're in practice. So this is unlocking some more of the keys around this change in block practice by adding an element of reflections.
