Tracy out suca: I was so hyperfocused, and likely sleep deprived, that i never thought to pause long enough to make sure that what i was creating was actually something i wanted to create. Decades later, i've finally been converted, and i am now an ambassador for sleep. We are obviously here to talk about revenge bedtime procrastination. So if you talk to anyone with eigt h d, there always seems to be some problem related to sleep. 70 % of eight h d adults report that it takes an hour or more to fall asleep. And we struggle with falling asleep when we're aboard the airplane.
