Vrongil Was a Giant of a Man.

Vrongil was not a fan of the moscow directive. He believed the whites were spread too wide and too thin. The officers and officials in southern russia sold vital shipments on the black market or traded it for perks and favors. Bribery, corruption and extortion were absolutely ampent. By the summer 19 19, the british were actively questioning whether they should continue shipping goods that they knew would be received through the front door and sold off through the back door.
