In this episode, will be covering the rest of chapter three from david graber and david wengro's book, the dawn of everything. The authors try to argue that human societies used to shift back and forth from hierachito quality for fun, play and expedients. But they mistakenly think that if conditions are what result in hierarchy or equality, then we are truly stuck forever because of advanced industrial civilization. In the future, we'll look at how democratic versus dominance hiarchy is a spectrum, and how democratic hiarchy can warf into dominance hiarchy in the right circumstances - but not always.
