Using a General Purpose Programming Language in a Small Team?

The now yo team manages the patern and typescript. But then there's also other languages that are being used, or at least within your organization. So how do you go about making sure that thes consistency across all the different languages? We rely on our servilis community quite a bit for that. And we just tend to preference the majority.
