RBTs are trained to assess and evaluate whether it's a tangible, whether it's an edible. How is the client responding to that potential reinforcer? And it's very important. We spend a lot of time in our RBT onboarding and throughout the life of an RBT here and training them to be like mini research assistants for them to constantly evaluate how is the client reacting to things we're assuming our reinforces.
