Continuous Product Development

There's no reason that when dev is heads down, building the thing you just validated, you can't start working on the next one. It really comes down to how are the teams being tasked? If they have more longer term objectives and goals, if the duration of the team, what I call the durability of the team,. then they can keep doing that discovery within their own team. But if everyone's getting retasks to different objectives all the time, then that's really hard.
