The Negative Effects of Boy Heavy Practice on Young Boys

Boys are kind of like canary in the coal mine so if practice in the prison isn't quite up to scratch or how we might think of it it's the boys that potentially suffer more than the girls maybe and if suffer much shorter than the other then find it more difficult to learn. If you have got a boy heavy group and that group of boys that larger group of boys are showing that it's not working  then it then becomes an issue It becomes very difficult but actually they're showing you what they need which is good for their development.
