" silk and Thomas came first. Lots of stray cats have been passing through my back garden, and one day silk and Thomas showed up by himself," he says. "The look on his face said, I can't do this on my own... Everything was a threat to him." The pair were both TNR (trapped noter release) cats who had found their way into the home after being trapped as kittens. Silk died in his sleep; it's unclear what killed him.
