Do You Know if You Are Not Sticking to Your Boundaries Then What Are Your Recommendations?

So what would be your recommendations for either creating those boundaries and or avoiding that burn out? I think it really comes to when you know and understand who you are at your call you create the boundaries because they are the right thing to do okay. You're also giving permission and role modeling boundaries for everyone around you if you don't respect your boundaries nobody else will. For me it's those three things as well as managing my energy levels, sleeping how we're able to process and manage our emotions and then taking time out for yourself.
