The Importance of Apostolate in Spirituality
Apostolate is the idea that all of us have some kind of work and call from God in the church. Apostolate can be very simply doing your work excellently with prayer and caring well for your family. St. Josemaría loves to talk about the line from Paul about taking on the aroma of Christ. He sort of talks about it like a seasoning. We add everything we do. That's what it means to live out our apostolate.
