I feel like every section is just like mumbling the sentences around in a different way and adding a couple of different things that I don't doubt that they have in their minds. And again, maybe another document something. But I mean, we can talk about what's the purpose of strategy documents, but I feel like it there. The department will explore force employment concepts and capabilities that degrade adversary power projection while weighing crisis stability and escalation risk,. Semicolon experiment with creative applications and existing capabilities; semicolon selectively share the most effective asymmetric capabilities with threatened allies and partners.
